A partnership between Horizons, Sprague’s city government, Sprague PDA, Rural Resources, and Lincoln County EDC, meeting to discuss sources of available funds to the community, enabled City Hall to employ 3 youth through WorkSource. Snow enveloped us but the city crew and contractors maintained as best they could, a lot better than the Spokane counter parts. The Chamber of Commerce put on a Dinner, Silent Auction, and Deal of No Deal. Over a hundred people attended and good food and good fun was the result. Thank you Chamber for an enjoyable evening.

The tree was decorated along with the gazebo. Hot dogs, cocoa and hot cider were served and the snow was a plenty for the "Christmas Decorating" in Centennial Park. Two large boxes were filled with food for the Food Bank. All contributors are thanked for their donations and their help with decorating.

Eric, Farrah, Hugh, Frank, Frank's daughter,Mary Katherine, Kay and Rejeana all arrived to work on the Depot. Chris and DJ worked along side these volunteers on September 6. We're all hoping that the building will reach the point of qualifying for new paint soon.
